That's a wrap!

So my shoot wrapped on Sunday.

We shot about 2000 feet of film and I'm projecting that it's going to come in a couple hundred dollars under budget. Whew!

It was my first time directing so many people around at once (I had a crew of about 17 people). It was hard at first because I'm the type of person who likes to do everything myself but eventually I learned to delegate much better.

It was a good experience and not too stressful either once it got started. I wish I could say the same for the weeks leading up to it.

Thank yous again to James, Kate, and every body else in their apartment.

I'm still a bit nervous though because I have yet to see the footage since I need to get it developed and transferred first. I'm taking it to the lab on Thursday and will get to see it when I get back from Paris.

Ah yes... Paris... the one thing I had to look forward to which kept me sane. My flight is this Thursday night and I will be back on Monday the 21st.

I have an arts of China midterm on Thursday. The class is so interesting but I'm having trouble retaining anything. At least in the past couple months since I had so much else on my mind. I can only hope that the notes I took are good and that I can cram it all into my head tonight and tomorrow.

I'm starting to enjoy the taste of coffee. Dunkin Donuts has really good coffee.

Yesterday it was nearly 60 degrees in New York and I thought Spring had finally arrived.

Today it was cold as balls and was snowing like crazy with wind up the wazoo.

Whack.
